O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction (bank 1, sensor 1)
The heater element inside the upstream oxygen sensor on bank 1 is not drawing the current the ECM expects. Without it the sensor takes too long to reach operating temperature and closed-loop fueling is delayed.
Heater circuit current or resistance falls outside the calibrated range during the monitor.
