Diagnostic copilot · shop floor

It reads the car like a 30-year veteran. And hands you the answer.

AceDx pulls a vehicle's live data and returns a verdict with its evidence, not a wall of raw codes. A call your shop can bet a comeback on.

How it works

Plug in, get a call, close the loop.

Three steps from a rough idle to a repair order you can stand behind.

01Read the vehicleCodes, freeze frame, and live data off the scan tool you already run. Nothing to install in the bay.
02Get the verdictOne ranked call with a confidence number, the part, a labor estimate, and the evidence it stands on.
03Confirm on retestAceDx clears the code and re-reads. The call turns green only when it holds, logged to the RO.
The arrow back is the part most diagnostic tools don't have. A call stays open until the retest says it held.

What you get

One call. Its confidence. The evidence under it.

We're pre-pilot, so we won't quote you numbers we haven't earned yet. Here's what the tool does today.

1
ranked call per RO, not a list of codes to sort through
~13 sec
from codes entered to a verdict on the tablet
Every
verdict cites the evidence it stands on, and hedges what it can't confirm

"Best call: coil #1. 87%. Swap and retest before touching the plugs." That's the whole point. It commits to a call and shows the reasoning, the way the sharpest guy in the shop would.

The AceDx voice: a foreman, not a chatbot
Trust the color

Green and red are earned.

AceDx never dresses up a guess. A call only turns green once the fix holds, and red is reserved for a reason to stop.

Green means it held

A verdict goes green only after the repair is confirmed on retest and logged to the repair order. Not before. It's a record of what worked, not a hopeful guess.

Red means stop

Red is a safety stop: a fault that says don't hand this vehicle back yet. It's rare on purpose, so when the shop sees it, it counts.

How the call is made →

Put AceDx on a tablet in your bay.

We're running a hands-on pilot with working shops this fall. Real vehicles, real ROs, your techs holding the tablet. Tell us about your shop and we'll come back to you.

No spam. A person reads every one of these.

Joining the pilot means agreeing that the diagnostic data AceDx reads becomes ours, and trains the engine. Read what that means before you send this.
