We're pre-pilot, which means AceDx has not yet been proven on a working floor. That is exactly the problem this fall is meant to solve, and we would rather say so than sell around it.
It belongs in the middle of the page, not in a terms link at the bottom.
Using AceDx means agreeing that the diagnostic data it reads becomes ours to learn from. Every repair order that runs through the tool goes back into the engine that makes the next call. There is no opt-out and no version of the service without it.
That is not a clause we’re hoping you skim. It is the mechanism. A diagnostic engine that doesn’t see real cases stays frozen at whatever it knew on launch day. The reason it will get sharper on your platforms is that shops like yours put real faults through it. You get the benefit of every other shop’s hard-won verdict, and they get yours.
You’ll have the full terms in writing before a single RO goes through. If that trade isn’t one you want to make, we’d rather you close this page now than find out in month two.
A pilot with the wrong shop wastes your time first and ours second.
What you run, what you're running into, and what your comebacks look like. A person reads every one of these and answers it.
Your note is with the AceDx team. Expect a reply within a business day. If it's urgent, reach us at sales@getacedx.com.
