The short version

Diagnostic data read by AceDx becomes ours, and trains the engine.

Using AceDx means agreeing to that up front. It is a condition of the service, not a preference in a settings screen. There is no opt-out and no version of the product that works without it.

We would rather you read that sentence here, in the largest type on the page, than discover it in a clause later. If it is not a trade you want to make, that is a legitimate answer and we would rather know now.

What that covers

The codes
Stored, pending, and permanent DTCs read from the vehicle.
Freeze frame
The conditions captured by the ECM at the moment a fault set.
Live parameters
The PIDs sampled while diagnosing: fuel trims, misfire counters, sensor values.

What the technician typed in about how the fault presents.
